Delete your Ten Across account

In the app

1. Open Ten Across and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Delete account and confirm.

What happens

• Your open games are resigned and pending challenges and invite links are cancelled.
• Your sign-in, notification tokens, block list, head-to-head records, rating history and achievements are deleted, and you're removed from season tables and daily puzzle leaderboards.
• Your name is replaced with "Deleted player" in other players' finished games, so their history still makes sense.
• Purchases belong to your Google Play account, not your game account, so they aren't affected. Games against the computer and settings stay on your phone until you uninstall the game.
• Analytics and crash reports, which aren't linked to your name or email, are deleted automatically within 14 months and 90 days. See the privacy policy.

Can't open the app?

Email jawfin@gmail.com from the address you sign in with and ask for your account to be deleted. We'll do it within 30 days.
